We got peaches from palisade (other side of Rockies from us) They were super yummy! Patti said she's teach me to can so we bought 40 lbs to can, and she had another 40lbs so we had 80 lbs in all! We made almost 40 jars and spent about 9 hours canning! What fun! Can't wait till next year!
